There is one more feather in Celebrity Master Chef Jerson Fernandes’s cap. He wins special jury recognition in Accor South Asia Hotel Awards, recently. The event was held at Pullman Aerocity, in capital city Delhi. The award was handed over to Chef Jerson by Puneet Dhawan- Senior Vice President of Operations, India and South Asia, Accor group. Jerson is heading the culinary brigade as Executive Chef at Novotel Juhu Beach Hotel.
It is worth mentioning that Chef Jerson Fernandes is known for creating culinary experiences that obscure the boundaries between food and art, curating menus which reflect fresh tastes, mastery in diversity and delighting guests through every interaction. One can see him rushing shuttling between all the restaurants of Novotel and interacting with guests and also making dishes in live counters for the guests.
