This festival is carried out under the guidance of Executive Chef Rishi Kapoor with Chef Ram Kishan from Lalit Jaipur, who is especially flown down to Mumbai. Chef Ram Kishan has many years of experience of cooking traditional Rajasthani food and has curated the entire menu.
