Mumbai’s first ever Indonesian food festival post covid is opened at Trident Hotel Nariman Point. The food festival is on till October 13th, 2022 at Frangipani for dinner. There is a lavish buffet and A la Carte offerings made available for guests. World renowned Celebrity Master Chef Vindex Tengker is hoping to serve up exciting fare with a difference. Chef Vindex is exclusively flown down to Mumbai to recreate his classic delicacies. Surely, he will ensure to make every guest happy by offering globally popular Indonesian dishes.

The team is assisting Chef Vindex Tengker to churning out delicious delicacies of all time.

 About Chef Vindex Tengker: Chef Vindex is an avid preacher of fusion cuisine, has travelled the world looking for new flavours to skillfully infuse into his recipes. His illustrious career spans around three decades and he has seen him work with many high-end hospitality venues in and out of Indonesia. He is a professional and celebrated Chef, a cookbook author, distinguished advisor to the Association of Culinary Professionals Indonesia and a past president of the country’s Association of Culinary Professionals.  A WACS certified judge, Chef Tengker has presided as a judge at many global events including Food Hotel Asia. He also presided as the Jury President for Bocuse D’Or competition Asian Final and Global Finals. As the head Judge of SCTV’s Top Chef Indonesia Season 1 as well as RCTI Master Chefs Indonesia he is no stranger to the Indonesian public.
