Heads of Indian Missions to participate in 10th Heads of Missions’ Conference

The Ambassadors and High Commissioners of India posted in eight different countries met Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai on 17th October. 2022.  The Ambassadors are visiting Maharashtra as part of the 10th Heads of Missions’ Conference being held in Kevadia, Gujarat.

India’s Ambassador to Cambodia Dr Devyani Khobragade, Ambassador to ASEAN Jayant Khobragade, India’s Ambassador to Czech Republic Hemant Kotalwar, India’s Ambassador to Iraq Prashant Pise, India’s Ambassador to Chile Subrat Bhattacharjee, India’s High Commissioner to Cameroon Anindya Bannerjee, High Commissioner to Malaysia B M Reddy and High Commissioner to Bangladesh Pranay Kumar Verma were present.

The Ambassadors briefed the Governor about the status of their host nation’s relations with India, the country’s business, trade and cultural relations with India among other issues.

It may be noted that 10th Heads of Missions Conference, is being organized by the Ministry of External Affairs from 20-22 October 2022 in Kevadia at Gujrat. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also participate in the conference. It will bring together 118 Heads of Indian Missions (Ambassadors and High Commissioners) from all over the world.
