Talented Tripurari Singh, has joined as as the new Director of Food & Beverage at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading operations of food and beverages at the property.
Tripurari brings with him over one and half decade of extensive experience in hotel operations. He possesses a strong background in seven Globally acclaimed international hotel chains in Singapore, India and Nepal. He also possesses proven abilities in communication and stakeholder management. Tripurari specialises in all segments of food and beverage sections that includes Bar and all-day dining – fine dining Specialty Restaurant and Banqueting.
Tripurari began his hospitality journey from the prestigious Oberoi and Trident Tower Mumbai and never looked back thereafter. His professional journey includes foremost hospitality brands and working closely with prominent hotel chains like the IHG Group and Starwood Hotels, which provided him the knowledge to set priorities and thrive. With a varied experience in multicultural environments, he maximizes revenue through new and innovative initiatives, customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Educational Assets: Tripurari was a brilliant student throughout his educational period. He completed his secondary and higher secondary education from Kendriya Vidyalaya (Central School) in Devlali, Nasik and Ranchi. As he was keen on pursuing hospitality education, he joined National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMT) at Pusa, completing his degree in 2003/06 batch. He was a topper in his batch. To further enhance his management skills and to enhance his knowledge, he joined Nanyang Institute of Management, Singapore and accomplished Advance Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism management and secured “A” grade.
Tripurari is come from Army family. his father served Indian Army as a officer and always taught them to be disciplined and to be physically fit. Keeping his father’s instruction in his mind, he became a fitness freak. He loves to spend his time in yoga, meditation and exercise. He love to explore various destinations, keep innovating new dishes himself, reading about new techniques in culinary in his free time.
