A hardcore food and beverage person, Shubham Basrur joins St Regis Goa Resort as Food & Beverage Manager from his previous role at Park Hyatt Chennai, home to the famed The Flying Elephant restaurant. He is a Hotel Management Graduate from IHM Goa

With his signature calm demeanour, sharp leadership edge and operational acumen Shubham will lead the hotel’s dynamic F&B team while also positioning the three brand new dining outlets as must visit destinations in Goa.

This is Shubham’s momentous return to Marriott International post his previous assignment at Goa Marriott Resort and Spa. Shubham spent his formative years with Taj, gaining hands-on experience at Taj Madikeri and Oberoi in Mumbai before that.

Shubham is experienced in curating intimate, experiential dinners as well as large sit downs and pop-up events.
