Journey through the captivating flavors of Korea and its delectable cuisine, at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, welcomes guest Chef Lim Jongjin from Le Meridien & Moxy Seoul Myeongdong to Mumbai for an exclusive pop up at the progressive modern Asian restaurant, Dashanzi from 14th to 23rd July, 2023.

The culinary masterminds at Dashanzi along with Chef Lim have curated a bespoke menu complementing the spirit of Korea, the pop up comprises dishes which are a masterful blend of traditional Korean cooking. Guests can treat their taste buds by indulging in signature dishes such as Kimchi with Pork Belly Gimbab, Fried Shrimp Gimbab, Kimchi Fried Rice, Grilled Fish with Red Pepper Sauce and Grilled Lamb Chop with Soy Sauce, Spicy Glass Noodle and Vege – Bibimbab amongst others. The spread will consist of some regional desserts and Banchan.
