Chef Mahesh Naik is specially flown from Vivanta Mangalore to create authentic delicacies

When it comes to hosting Food Festivals in Navi Mumbai, there is no other Star Hotels like Hotel Taj Vivanta, where food lovers of this city in the past have experienced in savoring various kinds of delicacies from different parts of India and abroad.

 Now, it’s a time to explore authentic flavours from the western coast of Karnataka. Vivanta By Taj Navi Mumbai is geared up to serve authentic Mangalorean delicacies crafted by Chef Mahesh Naik from Vivanta Mangalore at Mynt restaurant. The festival is ongoing till 23rd July, 2023.

 The Mynt restaurant has been decorated with the natural looks of Mangalore and service staff are wearing traditional attire which makes you feel as if you are in Mangalore. The main entrance is decorated with Banana trees and colourful flowers are nicely decorated.
