A hardened and multitasker, Manuj Ralhan has joined as the new General Manager at Accor groups Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre (NJCC) & Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre. A dedicated Manager with over two decades of hospitality experience, providing guests with the highest degree of hospitality and customer services. Ensuring that facilities meet and exceed expectations. Manuj, a strong leader who excels in cultivating a diverse workforce, possessing outstanding work ethics and integrity. Prior to joining Novotel Jaipur, he worked as Hotel Manager at Pullman Aerocity, New Delhi.
Manuj commenced his hospitality journey as Food & Beverage Associate with The Oberoi Amarvilas Agra. He successfully climbed the ladder of success covering all the departments of foremost and leading hotels in India and Maldives. He worked with leading brands like Accor, Four Seasons, Marriott, Intercontinental Hotels (IHG), Hilton, Shangri-La,Taj group and The Oberoi Hotels.
With a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of excellence, Manuj brings a dynamic and visionary leadership style to lead both these prestigious venues. He has put up a young, energetic and passionate team together in a very short span of time to create memorable experiences for guests of all segments and position Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre as the premier destination for events and accommodations in Jaipur.
Manuj comes from a family of defence personnels and he is a first entrant into the hospitality industry. He commenced his primary and secondary education from Naval Public school, New Delhi. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from the University of Bengaluru. He holds a prestigious Cornell certification in Finance for Hotels and also holds a Diploma in Hospitality from the American Hotel and Lodging Association. Beyond his professional pursuits, Manuj is deeply passionate about experiential travel, prioritizes health and fitness, and savours the art of handcrafted gins, single estate teas, first origin coffees.
