· It is Fortune’s fifth property in West Bengal

India’s fastest growing hotel group, Fortune Hotels, a member of ITC is on expansion spree. The group has signed its second property in Siliguri, West Bengal. The hotel is likely to be operational in March 2025 and named as Fortune Park.
It’s a brownfield project spread over 1.47 acres of land, and will feature stylish rooms and suites of world class. They have an all-day dining restaurant, well-equipped banquet and meeting spaces and other premium facilities. The hotel is being designed to cater to the strong demand in the local market, especially for events and social gatherings.
Samir MC, Managing Director, Fortune Hotels, speaking on the signing, said, “This is our second signing in Siliguri and with it, we will stand to gain a stronger footprint and a larger share of business in this region. Gateway to Northeast India, Siliguri offers convenient access to neighbouring cities and also connects the North-East with mainland India making it a very exciting and high-potential market for us.
