The Mahsaheb Ayurvedic Krida Maidan Of Oshiwara’s Mhada Colony is a well known establishment by the Government as a safe space for children and a sincere sport
ground for upcoming sportsmen/women.
It is a jogging ground and a hanging space but the ground in recent years is being exploited and has become a drug and illegal activity site.
People trespass inside the Garden at night (closed hours) while the Watchman is inattentive.
They exploit the area along with trashing it.
The Garden of Oshiwara’s Mahada Colony has become a continual druggie zone; with people abusing drugs there till sunrise.
Right around 3 and 3:30 am, Two Residents of the buildings adjoining the Garden called on 100 anonymously complaining that clear scenes of disruption could be seen from their window and unsettling disruptive sounds nearly woke their family members and them from sleep.
They also mentioned hearing voices of people throwing up and retching. Not only this but also smashing of glass liquor bottles repeatedly.
The Officers from the Team of Mumbai Police presented themselves at the garden immediately after the calls on 100 were obliged.
The Area was Fully Searched by them and the Violators at the garden were Sincerely Arrested.
