As we all know, the pandemic has left many many airlines in debt, trying to make up for the expenses through airfare;
Citizens have been frustrated due to the all time high ticket costs.

With planes grounded around the world in the pandemic, the sector’s combined losses in 2020 and 2021 were at least ₹16,71,000 Cr ($200 billion) according to the International Air Transport Association (IATA), a trade body.

In February 2023, data from aviation analytics company Cirium revealed that average ticket prices for hundreds of the world’s most popular routes had risen by 27.4% from early 2022, when prices were low as pandemic hit airlines looked to allure travelers back to the skies.

Air Travels high demand and capacity constraints also leave the companies determining the high cost of airlines.
Whereas, citizens are questioning about when the airfares will go down from its leap.

Every Common Man hopes to fly.
As Mr. Modi Ji said “From A Sandal To An Aeroplane”, Mr Ram Mohan Naidu quotes, adding, that he wants to make this into a reality for every common man and make the airfares affordable and air travel available to every family.

Mr. Naidu claims that the airfares have become a very important global issue in the present day.

His goal is for air travel to reach every common man and have affordable pricing.

He affirms that his priority and intention will always lie with the people to bring down the prices and his perspective will always come from them.

His words leave a sense of hope for decreasing of the prices since prices of everything has taking a rocket leap increase.

He claims that his point of view of fixing highly improvised prices because of market structures to decreased affordable pricing will be conveyed by him to the government in every seating arrangement.

These words by Mr. Naidu leave a sense of hope and relief with Citizens of Mumbai.
