Mumbai’s first Japanese restaurant Wasabi by Morimoto at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai is celebrating its two decades of happy existence. Wasabi by Morimoto, known for blending innovative dining concepts with chef Masaharu Morimoto’s bold interpretations of modern Japanese cuisine, is the centerpiece of this festival. This event marks twenty years of elevating Japanese cuisine in India, as Wasabi continues to push the boundaries of gastronomy.

We are excited to announce that Wasabi will soon open a new outpost at Taj Lands End, continuing its legacy of innovation and culinary excellence.”

The Seasonal Omakase, featuring ingredients sourced directly from Japan, reflects our commitment to authenticity while catering to Indian tastes.
