One of the lady Police personnel who was invited for the Women’s Day brunch on the condition of anonymity said “I am feeling privileged and proud to attend this event as it boosts our morale and give more strength to serve society at pandemic time. We felt that we were given due respect and great importance, not only me but the entire frontline lady invitees were feeling delighted to attend the brunch. In reality, we can’t afford to dine in such a luxury hotel by spending huge money. We all felt very important when we were given rose by the hotel owner’s wife. Indeed it was a splendid gesture and a memorable moment which can be cherished lifelong. We left this event with sweet memories and shared our fantastic experience to our family members. We are really gratified to the Sofitel hotel management team and owner of the hotel, that despite their busy schedule they were present”.
