 Tarana Lalchandani, a seasoned marketing professional, has joined Sofitel Mumbai BKC as the new Marketing & Communications Manager. Before taking on this role, she served as the Marketing & Communications Manager at Courtyard by Marriott, Mumbai International Airport.

   In her role at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, Tarana brings a wealth of experience in the lifestyle and luxury sectors, coupled with a flair for creative thinking. Her expertise enables her to strategically develop and implement effective Marketing & Communications strategies tailored to enhance the hotel’s brand presence and drive engagement. With a keen understanding of the market landscape, she is poised to elevate the hotel’s marketing initiatives, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and align with broader business objectives.

Tarana is recognized for her expertise in developing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the hotel’s sales and revenue objectives. Additionally, she has spearheaded strategic influencer engagement to boost property awareness and has successfully created and implemented a dynamic social media strategy. Well-versed in leading marketing trends, she possesses a deep understanding of industry nuances.

  Before joining Sofitel Mumbai BKC, Tarana acquired significant experience as a PR Executive at a prestigious communications agency. In this role, she was responsible for managing media relations, executing influencer marketing campaigns, providing client servicing, and developing social media strategies for a diverse range of clients. Her work involved crafting compelling narratives that engaged audiences and enhanced brand visibility.

In 2019, she took on the position of Marketing Executive at a luxury lifestyle brand, where she further refined her skill set.
