TATA Starbucks has launched its 100th store in Mumbai, the city where its journey began 12 years ago.From its first store at Horniman Circle, now India’s first Starbucks Reserve location, to experiential outlets like Dhanraj Mahal, Colaba, offering 16 coffee varieties, Starbucks has grown alongside Mumbai, delivering premium coffee experiences.
Sushant Dash, CEO of TATA Starbucks, expressed, “Our 100th store in Mumbai is more than a milestone—it’s a testament to the bond we share with this extraordinary city. Mumbai’s energy and diversity inspire us to innovate and bring unique coffee experiences while honouring the stories we’ve created together.”
To celebrate, Starbucks has introduced two Mumbai-inspired beverages, Bombón Cloud and Kala Khatta Cold Brew.
Adding to the festivities, Riteish and Genelia Deshmukh, founders of Imagine Foods, have collaborated with Starbucks to reimagine Mumbai’s iconic street food. Highlights include the Reverse Vada Pav, Pav Bhaji Pull-Apart, and Kheema Danish, celebrating Mumbai’s culinary heritage with innovative twists.
Starbucks has also partnered with renowned designer Anamika Khanna to launch an exclusive merchandise collection, paying tribute to Mumbai’s unique spirit. Available at select stores, this collection captures the essence of the city’s iconic pockets like Bandra and Colaba.
