Grand Hyatt Mumbai has appointed Vikas Yadav as the new Area Director of Digital Marketing. With 18 years of experience in hospitality, travel, e-commerce, media, and B2B sectors, he brings expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and technology. He aims to drive customer-centric digital ecosystems at Hyatt, enhancing the hospitality experience.
Vikas started his career in marketing analytics and digital tools before transitioning to digital marketing. He has worked with top brands like IndiaMart, Vconnect Global, and Amar Ujala, and led digital efforts for one of Africa’s largest local search platforms in Lagos, Nigeria. Previously, he managed digital strategy for Hyatt’s North India hotels.
Vikas previously led digital strategy for Hyatt’s North India hotels, where his expertise in performance marketing, digital transformation, and online customer engagement set industry benchmarks. A skilled digital strategist, Vikas holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Physics and a Master of Computer Applications. He is also certified in Analytics and has a strong foundation in search technologies.
