Tiqri at Taj Santacruz celebrated the joyous occasion of Navroz on March 23rd with a remarkable Sunday Brunch, offering an immersive experience of authentic Parsi cuisine and rich cultural traditions. Under the culinary expertise of Executive Chef Nitin Minocha, the restaurant transformed into a haven of flavours, presenting a spread of classic Parsi dishes that celebrated the essence of this special festival of renewal, joy, and togetherness.

The restaurant set a nostalgic tone with a red cupboard displaying traditional Parsi household items like an old typewriter and black telephone. The staff, dressed in traditional attire, served refreshing flavors of soda while a dedicated kids’ area offered drawing activities and toys, ensuring little ones were entertained. A playful clown roamed the venue, delighting children and guests with fun photo opportunities.

Guests were treated to an exquisite array of Parsi delicacies, each thoughtfully prepared using the freshest ingredients. Signature dishes such as the succulent Patra Ni Macchi, aromatic Dhansak, flavorful Sali Boti, and delightful Berry Pulav were part of the lavish spread. The brunch also featured exclusive Navroz specials like Ravo and Sev Kebab, along with a range of live stations offering freshly made dishes and delectable desserts.
