Novotel Mumbai International Airport has announced the appointment of Deepika Jatwani as the new Guest Experience Manager. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Deepika brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. Prior to joining Novotel, she worked as Guest Experience Manager at The Orchid Hotel Mumbai.
In her new position, Deepika will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction by curating personalized guest experiences. Her leadership skills, combined with a deep understanding of guest expectations, align with Novotel Mumbai’s commitment to providing exceptional service. Her appointment is expected to further strengthen the hotel’s reputation as a top hospitality destination.
