Chef Harshit Bhasin: He personally approached my table after interacting with other guests and took the time to explain the details of the food, its originality, and authenticity. It was truly an enriching experience to hear the chef elaborate on the cuisine with such passion and expertise. It was clear from the smiles on the faces of the other guests that they, too, were impressed by Chef Harshit’s in-depth knowledge and genuine dedication to the culinary craft.
Service: The service at Peshawri is exceptional, a dedicated team that is both courteous and attentive. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by Executive Farhan Shaikh with a traditional Namaste and escorted to my designated table. Restaurant captain Sumit Rao stood out as a true storyteller, explaining each dish on the menu with great enthusiasm and offering thoughtful recommendations. His genuine passion for the cuisine ensured that every guest felt well taken care of. The service is not only efficient but also personalized, with the staff quickly attending to any special requests, making diners feel like royalty throughout the experience.
