Comorin Mumbai at Nilaya Anthology has launched the Comorin Thali Experience, a curated lunch celebrating India’s regional flavours. Designed for both quick midday indulgence and relaxed daytime dining, the thali offers a thoughtfully selected range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes at accessible price points.

The culinary journey begins with Dahi Batata Puri, a street-style favourite layered with sweet, tangy, and spicy notes. Vegetarian highlights include Badam Kathal ki Nihari and Paneer Papad ki Subzi, complemented by Comorin Dal Tadka and Gucchi Pulao made with prized Himalayan morels. Non-vegetarian diners can enjoy Comorin’s signature Old Delhi Butter Chicken alongside Nilgiri Masala Prawn, combining robust Delhi flavours with coastal spices. Guests can choose freshly prepared breads such as Butter Naan and Chilli Mint Laccha Paratha, while desserts include Overnight Cooked Kheer and Rasgulla with jaggery glaze.

Priced at Rs. 999 for vegetarians and Rs. 1,399 for non-vegetarians (taxes extra), the Comorin Thali Experience is available daily. Under brand chef Dhiraj Dargan, Comorin blends traditional flavours with a modern touch, while Varun Sharma heads the bar program and Kevin Rodrigues curates the wines.

Located at Nilaya Anthology, Peninsula Point, Lower Parel (West), Comorin Mumbai accommodates 105 guests and includes a private dining room for 10. Reservations can be made by calling 022 35387627.
