Indian Accent Mumbai has unveiled a new seasonal tasting menu as it marks three years of redefining Indian cuisine through a contemporary and globally inspired approach. Led by Executive Chef Rijul Gulati, the restaurant continues to blend traditional flavours with modern techniques and carefully sourced global ingredients.
The new menu reflects a strong focus on seasonality and evolving guest preferences, with summer ingredients such as mango, melon, khus, raw mango and karela taking centre stage. The dishes aim to strike a balance between familiarity and innovation, presenting Indian classics in refined and creative formats.
The experience begins with small plates inspired by India’s vibrant chaat culture. Dishes such as panna-pakodi with summer mango, goat’s milk ‘sholay’ with sultana ketchup and papdi chaat with crackling spinach offer layered textures and bold flavours, setting the tone for the courses ahead.

The menu then moves into more complex offerings, including meat ka karela with baked naan and kalonji, and dry aged duck paired with silken khandvi and mango ‘fajeto’ curry, drawing from Gujarati culinary traditions. Seafood features through tiger prawn ‘till bugga’ with Amritsari vadi rice, combining regional influences with modern presentation.
Classic North Indian flavours are revisited with dishes like Old Delhi butter chicken, enriched with hot butter and fenugreek, balanced by onion salad and chaat masala. Another highlight includes Iberico pork roast served with seaweed poha and bacon sev, accompanied by black dairy dal, kulcha and wasabi-kakdi raita.
A melon and khus sorbet provides a refreshing pause before desserts such as mawa kachori with masala maple and mango-pista kulfi with coconut and berenjak, bringing the meal to a satisfying close. A Lite Tasting Menu has also been introduced, catering to changing dining habits.
Alongside its culinary offerings, the restaurant continues its association with Salaam Baalak Trust. For every table served, the initiative supports meals for girls at shelter homes in New Delhi and Gurugram, contributing to education and welfare efforts.
Indian Accent Mumbai has also launched The Show Kitchen Experience at its private dining space, offering guests an interactive, chef-led format. With its new menu and initiatives, the restaurant reinforces its position as a leader in modern Indian dining.
