As the country gears up to celebrate Republic Day, hotels in this city are set to welcome guests with enticing special menus and dishes in the tricolor of the national flag. ITC Grand Central’s Executive Chef Paul Noronha and his able team have donned their white toques and are buzzing to pay a culinary tribute to a meal splashed with saffron, white and green colours.

ITC Grand Central will commemorate republic day with a delicious tricolor spread at the Hornby’s Pavilion, the all-day dining restaurant of the hotel. Experience dishes from various regions, integrated into perfect harmony.

Highlights of the Republic day buffet include delicacies such as Tricolour risotto, Murgh Dum Biryani, Kadhai Jhinga (shrimps cooked in a piquant sauce, served chilled), Mutton Rogan josh (Succulent lamb pieces cooked in traditional Kashmiri style), dal fry and Bohri gosht biryani.

And finally, relish on traditional deserts such as Kesari Phirni, Rossagulla, etc, and much more to choose from.
