Novotel Mumbai International airport hotel organising it’s fourth community kitchen project. This time they are showcasing authentic Punjabi delicacies and have roped in Home Chef Rummy Nagpal in association with Chef Pin. The Punjabi food festival is named as Pind Di Rasoi. The food festival will be held from January 12 to January 14, 2024 at all day dining destination Food Exchange. At this festival, you can try some of the most famous Punjabi dishes.

The “Pind Di Rasoi” festival promises a feast for the senses with an extensive menu featuring delights such as Dahi Kebab, Amritsari Fish Fry, Saag & Makki Di Roti, Mutton Boti Masala, and Gajrela. Live cooking stations will add an interactive dimension to the experience, allowing guests to witness the art of Punjabi cooking firsthand. Abhijeet Bagwe, Executive Chef of Novotel Mumbai International airport hotel also leaving no stone unturned to make classic Punjabi delicacies.

This festival is not just a celebration of Punjabi cuisine but also a journey through Chef Nagpal’s culinary evolution. From her early experiments in the kitchen to running a successful restaurant in Goa, Chef Nagpal’s story is one of perseverance, creativity, and an unwavering love for authentic Punjabi flavors.

The décor will mirror the vibrant ethos of Punjabi culture, enhancing the immersive experience. Alongside the sumptuous spread, guests can enjoy traditional beverages like Patiala Lassi, Gulab Ka Sharbat, and Thandai.
