If you’re hankering for some authentic Punjabi Khana, you’re in luck as Sofitel Mumbai BKC is hosting the Flavours of Punjab, a food festival showcasing some of the signature dishes at award winning Pondicherry Café. Experience the essence of Punjab for an unforgettable Punjabi Food Festival, where every dish tells a story of rich tradition and bold flavors.

  Celebrity Chef Sherry Mehta, a veteran in regional cuisines is showcasing Flavours of Punjab, using authentic ingredients and techniques to roll out some earthy dishes. Festival will commence from 9th to 17th August, 2024, for dinner only and on August 18, 2024 (brunch only).

   Chef Sherry accompanied by Chef Shrikant, will offer diners a blend of Indo-Mughal, Persian, and Afghani influences. Some prominent dishes include Multani Chaap; Peshawari Rosh; Maash Pulao; Chaap Shoro (bread); and Maas Mutanjan (dessert). 

   During the brunch on Sunday August 18, 2024 dishes such as Aam Papdi Chaat; Jimikand Akhrot ke Kebab; Bun Kebabs and Kachalan; Karachi Biryani; Katlama and Lahori Kulcha; and Kasoor ke Andrase will be served.  

  The Flavours of Punjab Food Festival menu will be served along with specially-crafted cocktails, such as Desi Penicillin, whiskey, ginger and honey water; Whiskey Sour; and High Ball, whiskey, raw mango shrub, and tonic etc. Each cocktail brings its own character and would add a special touch to the dining experience.
