BC has held significant leadership roles at prestigious luxury brands such as Oberoi, Taj, The Leela, and Accor, establishing himself as a dynamic hotelier with a strategic vision. Prior to joining Four Seasons, he served as Managing Director at Hotelivate, a leading hospitality consulting firm. His career also includes notable positions as General Manager at Sofitel Mumbai BKC and The Oberoi Grand Kolkata, where his leadership played a key role in the enduring success of these hotels.
