The Hospitality Purchasing Managers’ Forum (HPMF) has appointed Mr. Basil Christopher Massey as the Convenor for its landmark 15th Anniversary Convention and Awards, to be held from November 6 to 9, 2025, in Amritsar, Punjab.
A veteran of the hospitality procurement industry, Mr. Massey brings over 40 years of experience, having helmed sourcing operations for renowned brands such as The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts and Duet India Hotels. His deep expertise, strategic insight, and long-standing association with HPMF make him a natural choice to lead this milestone edition.
The HPMF Convention and Awards is recognized as the premier platform for procurement professionals in hospitality across India and globally. The annual gathering attracts more than 500 delegates — including purchase heads, general managers, chefs, supply chain specialists, and industry partners — for four days of networking, knowledge exchange, and recognition.
