Mumbai’s food lovers are in for a soulful and rare regional treat as Radisson Hotel Mumbai Andheri MIDC hosts ‘Riwaayat-e-Kashmir – Food from the Valley of Kashmir’, an exclusive Kashmiri food festival from January 16 to 18, January 2026. The three-day culinary showcase celebrates the rich heritage, traditions and refined flavours of Kashmir, bringing the warmth and elegance of the valley to the heart of the city.

The festival will feature dinner service on January 16 and 17, followed by a special brunch on January 18, priced at ₹2499, plus taxes. The event is being curated by a distinguished team of chefs, Kashmiri Chef Aparimita Sapru, Executive Chef Rahul Gupta, and Chef Yusuf Qureshi, who bring together authenticity, expertise and deep respect for the traditional cuisine of Kashmir.

Rahul Gupta, Executive Chef of Radisson Mumbai Andheri MIDC, said the festival has been specially designed for Mumbaikars who enjoy exploring authentic regional cuisines. From the art of Wazwan to the use of spices sourced especially for this pop-up, every element has been thoughtfully planned to ensure a truly traditional and immersive experience.

The menu features some of Kashmir’s most loved classics, including slow-cooked Mutton Rogan Josh, the delicate yogurt-based Yakhni and the fragrant Kahwa, with each dish reflecting the region’s timeless hospitality and culinary legacy. The focus remains on gentle cooking techniques, balanced spices and layered flavours that define the cuisine of the valley.

Vasant Khot, Director – Food & Beverage, said, “Through ‘Riwaayat-e-Kashmir’, we wanted to bring an authentic and soulful regional experience to our guests. The chefs’ menu reflects the true depth and elegance of Kashmiri cuisine, and we have taken great care to ensure that the ingredients, techniques and presentation stay true to tradition while still appealing to Mumbai’s diverse palate.”

The Kashmiri food festival will be held at Radisson Hotel Mumbai Andheri MIDC from January 16 to 18, 2026.
