Radisson Hotel Group has appointed Sakshi Sehdev Dogra as Director Area Marketing & Communications, South Asia, as the hospitality major continues to strengthen its leadership team amid an aggressive expansion drive in the region.
Dogra brings over two decades of experience in hospitality sales, marketing and brand communications, having managed large regional and multi-brand portfolios across India and Eurasia. In her new role, she will lead Radisson Hotel Group’s integrated marketing and communications strategy in South Asia, with a mandate spanning brand positioning, digital and performance marketing, public relations, loyalty programmes and owner-aligned commercial initiatives.
An alumna of India’s prestigious Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Pusa, New Delhi, Dogra belongs to the 1999–2002 batch and graduated with distinction, laying a strong academic foundation for her career in the hospitality industry.
Prior to joining Radisson, Dogra was Head of Sales & Marketing – Eurasia at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, where she oversaw performance-led sales and marketing operations across a portfolio of over 78 hotels. During her tenure, she led several high-impact initiatives across destination weddings, brand storytelling and data-driven growth programmes. She has also held senior leadership roles at Best Western Hotels & Resorts and The Lalit Hotels, and started her career with Marriott Hotels India, building strong expertise across B2B, MICE and national accounts.

Dogra said Radisson Hotel Group’s growth trajectory in the region presents a significant opportunity to build sharper, more integrated marketing and communications platforms. “My focus will be on driving strategies that blend creativity, digital excellence and commercial rigour to enhance brand visibility, deepen guest engagement and support long-term, sustainable growth,” she said.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, Dogra believes that great hospitality brands must balance emotion with performance — combining compelling storytelling with data-led decision-making — a philosophy that aligns closely with Radisson Hotel Group’s people-first culture and growth ambitions in the region.
