Executive Chef Angshuman Chakraborty with his team of Great Wall has created exclusive delicacies. On offer will be a collection of classic bao and buns with a contemporary twist. Non-vegetarian creations like Roasted Peking Duck Bao served with Plum Sauce, Pan Fried Chili Prawn Bun, Steamed Bun with Barbeque Pork Belly, Roasted Chicken and Hoisin filled steamed Bao, Pan fried black pepper Chicken Bun, Pan Fried Lamb Black pepper Bun and Steamed Bun with Crispy Prawns accompanied with a spicy Mayonnaise.
Vegetarians can opt for Steamed Bun with Crunchy Bean curd, Plum sauce and cucumber, Pan Fried Mushroom Water Chestnut Bun, Steamed bun with Crunchy Lotus Root and sweet Chili sauce, Pan Fried Spinach and Corn Bun, Steamed Spicy Coriander Bun and Steamed Lotus Seed Paste Bun.
