China and Palestine Forge Strong Strategic Partnership, Paving the Way for Enhanced Cooperation

Chinese President Xi warmly greeted President Abbas on his visit to China and expressed his deep appreciation for their joint participation in the inaugural China-Arab States Summit held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at the close of last year. Their bilateral meeting during the summit led to numerous important agreements and understandings. President Abbas is the first Arab head of state to be hosted by China this year reflecting the strength of the China-Palestine relationship.

 President Xi emphatically highlighted the robust friendship and partnership between China and Palestine, characterized by trust and unwavering support. China has been at the forefront of nations recognizing the Palestine Liberation Organization and the State of Palestine, consistently championing the just cause of the Palestinian people in their pursuit of legitimate national rights. Given the unprecedented global changes and evolving dynamics in the Middle East, China is bolstering coordination and cooperation with Palestine, working towards achieving a comprehensive, equitable, and enduring solution to the Palestinian question in the near future.

The two presidents jointly established a strategic partnership between China and Palestine. This significant milestone builds upon past achievements and signals a promising future for China-Palestine relations. China is seizing the opportunity to propel bilateral friendship and cooperation across all domains, working closely with Palestine to advance shared objectives and foster mutual prosperity.
