Once again Chief Minister Uddhav Thackrey said their decision about the citizenship bill. On Tuesday Shiv Sena Leader Uddhav Thackeray said that till the time things don’t get cleared nothing will go forward. Speaking to the media he said, “ till things are not cleared we won’t pass this bill if a citizen is scared due to this bill so their doubts should be cleared. They are also our citizens that’s why their questions will be answered” When the bill wasn’t passed in the LokSabha Shiv Sena didn’t support it.Saying that every party needs a clarification about it then only they will support its passing as it’s a matter of national interest. The CAB bill is being passed for Non Muslim refugees coming from Pakistan,Bangladesh and Afghanistan after facing religious prosecution there. But later when the CAB bill was being passed in the LokSabha they supported it. Before all this Shiv Sena’s spokesperson questioned saying that allowing only Hindu refugees wont it start a religious riot between Hindus and Muslims in the country. He even accused that both the religions were being divided by an invisible line.
If these queries are not answered, we won’t be supporting the CAB in the Rajya Sabha. Every party supporting or opposing it, is asking for clarity in national interest. Clarity must be ensured.#CitizenshipAmendmentBill
