MCGM has put up boards on the Link Road declaring that the road which runs from Meera Tower Oshiwara to DN Nagar metro station is strictly a no parking zone. If anyone parks their vehicles or two wheelers on the Link Road they will be charged with a fine of ₹19,800. Extreme steps are being taken the local authorities to reduce the road traffic and encroachment of vehicles on the road. The fine being high will bring discipline among the citizens and reduce traffic. This is a really great step and decision taken by the authorities. Let’s see how does it go down and if the traffic on the Link Road reduces or not.
