Gautam Mehrishi, Celebrity Chef who is known for presenting classic cuisines for decades, have come out with his weeklong delicacies for Mumbaikar. He has curated special 7-days feast at Nawab Saheb. He displays his journey and expertise with the regional cuisines of India.
He presents each day different cuisine, the extensive food menu ranges from various parts of India. These includes Agra to Benaras, flavourful royal heritage from Rajasthan, hidden gems from Dehalvi, Bhopali and Peshawari cuisine amongst others.

Some of the signature dishes are Dariyan ganj ke soya chap, Khadey maslaey ka jheenga, Shikara baingan masala, Saufiyani Khamiri, Paharganj ki seekh, Chandani chowk ki tikki, Gosht ki shikampuri and Dessert by Chef on Wheel with many more on the plate to offer.
