CM Uddhav Thackeray addresses the corona virus situation in Maharashtra LIVE

Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Thursday urged the people of the state not to step out of their homes unnecessarily to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.
“People should not step out of their homes,” Thackeray said in his brief televised address.
The chief minister also said that he has spoken to Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the coronavirus situation and he has assured all possible help to the state.”Work from home should be the policy…. we have the example of China before us… they were the first to suffer, they were the first to come out,” Thackeray said in his address to the state.The battle has begun – Everyone on the frontline is fighting this. The government machinery is fighting but we need you to follow the instructions. We are fighting a war against Coronavirus. We all have to take precautionary measures, avoid unnecessary travelling. The situation is not critical but it is worrisome,” CM said.
