- Ralhan brings a wealth of two decades of hospitality management knowledge to the hotel
Manuj Ralhan, dynamic, enthusiastic, ever smiling face of the hospitality industry and seasoned hotelier has been recently appointed as Director of Operations at Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity. He brings with him two decades of hospitality experience working in leading hotel brands. Prior to his recent assignment, he was working as General Manager at DLF limited. He brings to the role a wealth of luxury hospitality experience garnered at exceptional hotels and resorts. Ralhan has established himself as an accomplished top player in the hospitality business, with a career spanning over two decades of luxury hospitality experience.
Manuj holds certification in finance for Hotels from prestigious Cornell University and Diploma from American Hotel & Lodging Association, prior to that he did his bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration / Management from M. S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Banglore.
He began his hospitality journey as Food & Beverage Associate with The Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra and never looked back thereafter. He successfully climbed the ladder of success and worked with leading hotels in India and Maldives. He worked with leading brands like Four Seasons, Marriott, Intercontinental Hotels, Hilton, Shangri-La, Taj and The Oberoi Hotels.
Manuj leads by example, his high energy helps him to stay organized & manage his time efficiently to deliver great results. He follows a pragmatic approach to problem resolution and pays attention to detail.
