a jarring incident in Mumbai, Maharashtra, a 21-year-old woman was killed by her stalker in the RCF police station area on November 10. The accused attacked the woman travelling in an auto-rickshaw, in the Chembur area.
the stalker stopped the auto-rickshaw in which the woman was travelling and then assaulted her, which led to her death.
Mumbai Police have arrested the accused and charged him under various sections including section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and other relevant ones. Further investigations are underway.
