Coming from the picturesque land of white sand beaches, exotic wildlife and delectable cuisine is Chef Neung from Phulay Bay, a Ritz Carlton Reserve who will take you on a voyage to discover the land of smiles from May 15th – 28th, 2023 at JW Café, a melting pot of global cuisines.

Chef Nueng is a highly experienced chef specializing in the distinctive cuisine of southern Thailand. With 17 years of gastronomic experience, Chef Nueng focuses on using local and seasonal ingredients from southern Thailand, including a natural abundance of herbs, fragrant spices, fresh coconuts and succulent seafood, and preparing them with exceptional skill and attention-to-detail to create inspiring and highly authentic dishes. Phulay Bay, the world’s first Ritz-Carlton Reserve property, is located in Krabi, Thailand set along the scenic shores of the Andaman Sea, is renowned for its culinary expertise and warm hospitality.
