Executive Chef Paul Noronha and his team has curated an exclusive menu which are all time favourite to choose from.

Discover traditional and celebrated preparations as you enjoy Roast turkey with Cranberry jus with Mustard glazed exotic vegetables, Honey glazed roast leg of pork with apple and bread sauce (Onions and sage stuffing), Pan seared yellow fish with lemon butter infusion & wilted bokshoy with candied garlic.

Oh, not to forget the variety of pork cold cuts, fish roulade, prawn cocktail, smoked salmon, chicken liver pate en croute and much more.
