- MasterChef Zhang creates exclusive sizzlers
Sizzlers should be tried when the city is fresh and awash. This monsoon, MasterChef Zhang brings you a selection of Sizzlers at Grand Hyatt Mumbai’s award-winning Sichuanese restaurant, China House Restaurant.
There are ample choices made available for vegetarian and non vegetarian food lovers. For those foodies with a vegetarian palate, the chef brings you delicacies such as Lotus root in chili garlic sauce, assorted vegetables in sweet mushroom sauce, and tofu with bamboo wood to name a few.
For non- vegetarian diners, the menu consists of dishes such as chicken in teriyaki sauce, duck with celery, lamb in Thai chili, prawns in black pepper sauce, and more.
