Relish Bengali Food festival at Radisson Blu Marina Delhi

It’s time to relish Bengal’s Macchar Jhol in Delhi. Pankaj Jha, Executive Chef of Radisson Blu Hotel Marina, is arranging a Bengali food festival. The food festival started on 6th January and will continue till 15th January, 2023, from 19.00 pm to 23.00 pm. The festival is being held at Fifty9 restaurant.  The buffet is priced at Rs. 1699.

This is a quintessential Bengali Food festival where the authentic, delectable Bengali delicacies made from age-old recipes from Bengali kitchens will be served. To celebrate the scrumptious culinary diversity of Bengal the menu has authentic dishes from both sides.

Pankaj Jha, Executive Chef of Radisson Blu Hotel Marina, has crafted skilfully with numerous popular dishes. The subtle blend of Bengali flavors is highlighted to satisfy the endless appetite of foodies. And the whole décor is in the theme of the vibe of Bengali heritage.

Some of the prominent dishes include Soup Murgir Jhol Jhal, Dhaniya Patta Diye Tamatar Shorba. Main dishes include Vegetable chop, Pyaz posto Bora, Chanar cutlet, Bhetki kabiraji, Gondhoraj Chicken Bhaja, Fish Chop (Kolkata Bhetki), Jhuri Aloo Bhaja and Baiguni. There is a live counter which serves Kolkata’s all-time favourite Puchka, Ghugni Chaat, Churmur Chat, Jhal Mori and Kolkata Rolls.

Authentic Bengali delicacies

It also consists of Borosili Chingri Curry, Pabda Jhal, Bhetki Chingri Paturi, Aloo Diye Murgir Jhol, Kala Bhuna Mangsho, Dhokar Dalna, Aloo Posto, Sona Bhaja Moong Dal, Kolkata Chicken Biryani, Pui Saag Chorchori and Basanti Pulao. Deserts consist of Jolbhara Sandesh, Matka Sandesh, Mali Chomchom, Kheer Kadam, Misti Doi, Baked Mihidana, Patishpata, Nolen Gurer Rosogolla and Kamla Bhog.
