 You must have heard about authentic Parsi food but may not have got a chance to eat it. Newly opened Novotel hotel at Mumbai Airport is organizing a three-day Parsi food festival. The Parsi food festival is organized under its Community Kitchen project. They have collaborated with in-house Chef Daugado Ragina to bring you a three-day special Parsi food series. This is a perfect opportunity for you to enjoy authentic Parsi food in the luxury hotel.

 This three-day Parsi meal will be served for dinner on 14th August and for lunch on 15th and 16th August. In this festival you can try famous Parsi dishes like Marghi Na Farcha, Salli Boti, Akuri, Dhansak, Patrani Machhi, Parsi Mutton Cutlet, Saas Ni Machhi, Kolmi Papeto Tetralo, Parsi Salli Keema, Dal Ni Pori, Keema Pav, Berry Pulao, Malido and Lagan Nu Custard will be prominently available. This food will be served in on 14th to 16thAugust.

 Vishrut Gupta, General Manager, Novotel Mumbai Airport Hotel, said “We always want to do something new and out of the box for Mumbaikar. Continuing the Community Kitchen project, we are organizing the Parsi Food Festival as we are committed to bring out hidden talents of various culinary experts. Chef Daugado Ragina is known for making Parsi delicacies. This is her first Parsi delicacy presentation in a luxury hotel and I am sure her delicacies would be liked by foodies of Mumbai.

We would continue to organize various food festivals in future too, so that Mumbaikars get some new cuisines.
