 Novotel Hotel Mumbai International Airport is hosting a 9-day Vietnamese Food Festival from August 25th to 02nd September 2023. The festival is being held at Food Exchange restaurant. The food festival will be available for dinner. This one is a call for all the food connoisseurs and patrons around the town to come and indulge in the really delicious Vietnamese food festival. Featuring an exquisitely crafted Vietnamese menu by Vietnamese Chef in association with the team of Chefs of Novotel Mumbai Airport Hotel.

  Every evening, guest chef Huyen from Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort will showcase the authentic flavours of Vietnam through spreads of traditional specialties. To make the night a more delightful culinary experience, there will be a live station for cooking. The restaurant will also be adorned with recognizable Vietnamese décor and traditional music.

Abhijeet Bagwe, Executive Chef of Novotel Mumbai Airport said “We are extremely excited for the launch of our food promotion as this is the first time we are bringing the flavors of Vietnam at Food Exchange restaurant”.
