Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh, Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis, Speaker of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Rahul Narwekar, Deputy Chairperson of Legislative Council Dr Neelam Gorhe, Presiding Officers of various State Legislatures and members of the State Legislature were present.
