One of the world’s leading hospitality schools, Switzerland’s Les Roches School of Hotel Management graduated Nikita Ramchandani is promoted as the Multi – Property Vice President for the Marriott International Mumbai Market. She will undertake this pivotal role while concurrently serving as the General Manager of JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu.
In her new role, she will be overseeing the strategic direction of other properties in Mumbai. Her responsibilities will include streamlining process, managing owner relations and providing support to General Managers in achieving their goals. She will be heading hotels like Westin Powai, Moxy Mumbai, Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai among others.
Nikita Ramchandani began her career with Hyatt hotels. Soon after, she came to India and joined ITC Hotels. After gaining enough experience, she joined India’s first, Four Seasons hotel and reached the position of Hotel Manager. Later she joined as the Area director with Marriott International.
Nikita is widely regarded as a respected and accomplished leader in the Indian hospitality arena, her illustrious career spanning over 23 years. Her successful tenure in the US, Nikita’s astute business and leadership skills have seen her take strides across her career graph with different challenges and roles across the hospitality landscape. Her tenure has been characterized by a steadfast commitment to excellence, demonstrated through her exceptional business acumen and astute leadership skills.
She was appointed as General Manager for JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu in 2021. Despite the unprecedented challenges posed by the global pandemic, her unwavering dedication and visionary leadership have propelled the hotel to unprecedented heights. Her ability to inspire and motivate her team have been instrumental in achieving phenomenal results, including a notable elevation in product and service delivery.
