After conquering many cities of India, Celebrated Historian Chef Micheal Swamy presents ‘Bhutan to Bharat’ food festival in association with VEEN, a Premium Natural Mineral Water brand with origins in Finland and Bhutan. The food festival being held at Food Exchange in Novotel Mumbai International Airport from May 24, 2024.
This unique ‘Bhutan to Bharat’ food festival is a one-of-a-kind and will be offering food lovers an exquisite array of flavours, textures and aromas. It promises to take foodies on a culinary journey to discover the rich traditions of Bhutan. The curated dinner buffet will feature dishes such as Ema Datshi—Bhutan’s National Dish, Doh Syiar Nei-Iong, and Bak Thuk Noodles. Additionally, live cooking stations will showcase signature dishes being prepared in front of guests.
