Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway has announced the appointment of Shashi Pal as its new Food & Beverage Manager. With over 15 years of industry experience, Pal brings a strong background in luxury dining, nightlife, and large-scale event operations to his new role.
An alumnus of the Institute of Management Studies, Pal holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Airline Tourism and Hospitality Management. His academic foundation, combined with extensive hands-on experience, positions him to lead and innovate within the hotel’s food and beverage vertical.
Prior to joining Sheraton Grand Bangalore, Pal served in senior leadership roles, including General Manager at Terre and Reset by Plan B BYOB, and Associate General Manager – Operations at Belcibo Hospitality Pvt Ltd, where he managed prominent venues such as Khubani and Imperfecto. His career also spans reputed names like The Westin Hotels & Resorts, Crowne Plaza, and Olive Bar & Kitchen, where he oversaw elite events for diplomats, celebrities, and global corporations.
In his new role, Pal will oversee operations at the hotel’s key dining destinations — The World Café, High Ultra Lounge, and Horizon — all located within the World Trade Center complex. His focus will be on elevating guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and launching creative culinary initiatives.
