Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai International Airport will celebrate Independence Day with a grand Indian brunch at Mado Mado, bringing together regional favourites, festive flavours and live counters for a culinary journey across the country.
Titled as a celebration of the spirit of freedom, the Independence Day brunch has been specially curated to showcase the rich culinary diversity of India. Executive Chef Kamlesh Rawat has designed the spread with delicacies inspired by different states, bringing together traditional flavours and regional specialities under one festive buffet.
The brunch will feature an extensive selection of Indian dishes, with live counters adding an interactive element to the dining experience. Guests can look forward to a spread that highlights the distinctive ingredients, cooking styles and culinary traditions associated with various parts of India.
The experience has been designed for families and friends to come together and celebrate the national festival over a leisurely afternoon, with food serving as the centrepiece of the occasion.
