Sirapong Pradit, from Pullman Bangkok King Power will present authentic delicacies

Those who want to relish authentic Thai delicacies have reason to cheer. Sofitel Mumbai BKC, geared up, serves Thai delicacies. The hotel has invited Sirapong Pradit, Executive Sous Chef from Pullman Bangkok King Power. Ten-day Thai festival is being held at Pondichery Café.
The Thai food menu at Pondichery Café will have something for every diner. Guests can enjoy dishes like Phad Thai Goong, stir-fried noodles Thai-style with prawns and tamarind sauce, dried shrimp, bean sprout, chives and peanut; Som Tum Thai, Central Thai-style green papaya salad; Kuey Teow Tom Yam, traditional Thai noodle soup with shrimp, mince chicken, vegetable, and boiled egg; and Gaeng Kiew Waan, the much-loved Thai green curry with vegetables and sweet basil.
Chef Sirapong Pradit has extensive experience cooking in some of Thailand’s most recognized kitchens, including Bangkok’s Shangri-La Hotel, the Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong, The Sukhothai Bangkok, and most recently, the Pullman Bangkok Royal Power.
