Strengthening its marketing and branding team, The Leela Mumbai has announced the appointment of Gurbaani Kaur as the new Public Relations, Marketing & Communication Manager. Her last stint was with Fariyas Resort Lonavla and Fariyas Hotel Mumbai, where she spearheaded the marketing domain for the two properties together.

A hardcore Mumbaikar, Gurbaani is a seasoned marketing professional, she brings with her wealth of over 8 years of experience in digital and brand marketing. She will design and implement innovative marketing campaigns and digital strategies and take care of external communications for the luxury hotel.

Gurbaani, has a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and strategic branding initiatives. In her new role, she will craft integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging digital platforms for brand visibility, and fostering partnerships to enhance the hotel’s reputation. She will leverage her extensive experience to create effective communications with an emphasis on marketing, integrated social media campaigns, media engagement, brand management, and developing effective reporting systems to help analyse performance and profitability from a PR perspective.

Academically, Gurbaani Kaur Holds an MBA in Marketing from Mumbai University, with Her Schooling at St. Louis Convent and Higher Studies at Oriental College of Management.
